As ftp server use ftp.kiteforum.tv with "anonymous" login.

Then change the current directory to: /incoming

Here you can upload your video file.

After the upload is finished you enter the exact same file name as on your upload in the field: "Video Filename" (e.g. "my private video 1.wmv")
